Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the perfume in its original box and use protective cushioning to ensure the glass bottle remains secure during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
